We are in Georgetown, Guyana on our four day "sprint" back to Austin from St. Helena (flying every day for four days). It will probably be after we get home on January 23 before I can do an in-depth technical flying update on the flights beyond Maun, Botswana.I will say the flight to and from St. Helena/FHSH was SPECTACULAR. Carolyn wrote about what we did on the ground in St. Helena which was fantastic, but I will follow-up in a few days with the aviation details.
As a "teaser" for the aviation geeks, here are some videos and photos which will be described in more detail later.
Fist, where the heck is St. Helena? Answer: a long way from anywhere else in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean...
Probably the coolest video for me ever...N575PC landing at St. Helena from a hill east of the airport...

Becky's most excellent compilation of videos from inside and outside the airplane of the landing at St. Helena...

A few photos at St. Helena with more explanation to come.
The Governor of St. Helena greeting us upon arrival (we were minor celebrities on the island for a couple of days)...
The fully uniformed crew after arrival at St. Helena...
Being the only plane on the ramp, we got a prime parking spot!
A very cool tour of the St. Helena tower...there was some excitement while we were there (to be explained later)...
I'll have a bunch more photos and technical aviation commetrary in a few days. First, we need to fly to Jamaica tomorrow (January 22) and then on to Austin the next day (January 23).
If all goes as planned we will arrive Austin around 1330 local in January 23 and officially complete RTW 3.0.
